Irish Mojitos

Last month sometime, I tried my very first mojito at California Pizza Kitchen.

It was yum.

For St. Patrick's Day, I had the idea to make mojitos with an Irish flair.


Instead of rum, I used Irish whiskey to add punch to a mix of lemonade, Sprite, freshly-squeezed lime juice, fresh mashed mint, and ice.

Talk about tasty! I think I like my version even better than the regular mojito.

O'course, I'm a bit partial to the Irish whiskey, so no surprise there. :)
